United Kingdom Solder Spot
The Type 2 key wind can is metal with a flat lid. It is made in England and has a solder spot on the bottom where the can was sealed after being pressurized. There is usually a series of ridges around the can. The key used to open the can is usually soldered to the top and will break away for use when pulled up. The lid can be placed back onto the can, but doesn’t fit very securely. |
