The Type 23 key wind can is metal with a flat recessed lid. It is made in Korea and closely resembles the Type 3 English can being the same height, but smaller in diameter. The bead around the can where the key wind strip resides is higher up and may be inverted. The key used to open the can is usually attached to the top of the lid.
