Plain blue ridged can with white text. “THE Service TENNIS BALLS”. There is a paper label glued to the can that reads: “IMPORTANT This tin was packed under pressure for an Export market. Owing to the Rubber Restrictions Order prohibiting exports, it has been possible to divert stocks to home supplies. If the tin is not opened, the balls will retain their playing qualities for an indefinite period.”
